For almost a year I've been trying to perfect my hair regemin. I always wore my hair in a frizzy ponytail and I hated it. It wasn't until my tenth grade year that I really started to take good care of my hair. Once I started treating it well, it treated me well.

After my hair grew, I don't really know what went wrong. I guess I didn't take enough care of it or it got use to my routine but it started breaking off again. So now I'm trying a new routine after I take out my braids. This is what I want to start doing to my hair:

This is what I want to start doing to my hair:"Pre-Pooing" with honey*-putting 100% honey (from the grocery store) on my damp hair, then putting on a shower cap, after that sitting under the dryer for 30-minutes to an hour.
Rinse- Luke Warm Water (the colder the better-hot water dries hair)
Washing--Shampooing twice, conditioning (I haven't figured out which shampoo and conditioner I'm going to use, most likely something made by silk elements). Then adding Silk Elements glossing polish.-$7.49
